Dear valued clients and friends of SCS,
At SCS Building and Remodeling we are very aware that the situation surrounding the COVID-19 coronavirus has most people troubled and unsure. While schools and most businesses are forced to close, new and unique challenges emerge for all of us.
It's important that all our customers know that your health and safety, as well as that of our employees, is our top priority. It is also a priority for us to keep our business running and our employees working. To that end, we want to make you aware that, according to the state, we are considered an essential business, therefore we are permitted to assist you with any repairs, maintenance, or projects that you may need even during the “Safer at Home” Order (See Emergency Order #12, section #13 n. https://evers.wi.gov/Documents/COVID19/EMO12-SaferAtHome.pdf).
While the pandemic has put almost everything on hold, crucial building maintenance never ceases, and we are here to help. The perfect storm of a pandemic, coupled with improving weather, gives way to an especially ideal time for exterior repairs, maintenance, or projects to be completed. Please let us know if we can be of any assistance.
Whether they are working inside or outside, our team is following the guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) regarding COVID-19. Our employees will follow the CDC's most current guidance of exercising the best hygiene practices (frequent handwashing, disinfection of surfaces and tools, covering sneezes or coughs, not showing up for work with ANY type of illness or symptom of illness, etc.) and social distancing—with a goal of maintaining at least six feet of distance from residents. We will continually monitor the CDC guidelines and adjust our practices as recommended and/or required. If you have any questions regarding any of these measures, please don’t hesitate to ask.
We appreciate your understanding during this unique time. We are very fortunate to have such a devoted client base and we look forward to continually working with each and every one of you.
Please stay safe and healthy!
