COVID-19 POLICY FOR IN-HOME ESTIMATES/REPAIRS/PROJECTS
When we visit your home, SAFETY is our #1 priority.
Nothing is more important to us than the safety of our customers and employees. Because of that, we will follow the CDC-recommended guidelines when we visit your home, so we can help prevent the spread of illness and keep everyone as safe as possible.
Here are the important steps we are taking to keep you safe for your estimate/repair/project.
Before reporting for work, we perform a self-health check.
We put on protective gear before we enter your home.
When possible, we will keep a 6-foot distance from you as we enter (and for the remainder of our visit). We also respectfully ask that you remain at that distance.
The safety of our customers and employees is our top priority, so while we're at your home, we'll be wearing a face covering for the duration of our visit, and we courteously request that you do the same when in the same room with our service team. Small children and those unable to wear one for health reasons don't need a face covering, but we ask that those individuals practice proper distancing with SCS team members.
We will establish a mutually agreeable workspace that gives us enough room to work in, and that provides a safe amount of distance from you and your family.
We will clean and disinfect all surfaces we will be touching.
In the days leading up to as well as the day of your appointment, if you are feeling ill at all, or are experiencing any symptoms related to COVID-19 (including, but not limited to runny nose, cough, fever, sore throat, difficulty breathing, absence of taste/smell), please contact us immediately, so we may reschedule your appointment.
