How does the SCS Process work?

Good question! Please check out the "our process" tab of this website for information on the SCS estimate, quote and project process.

Will you come out to my house to give me an estimate?

We can, however there are a few steps we have to complete before we do a site visit. First we will have a phone consult to discuss you and any prior remodeling experience you may have, your home, and your goals for the project. After that we will work up an estimate for you. The estimate is a rough approximation of what we think the project will cost. The estimate is used to figure out if the project is within your budget. If it is, you'll let us know and we can set up a site visit. The site visit does cost $200. This covers the cost of transportation to and from your home as well as employee time. Once you agree to the site visit, we will send you an invoice for $200. Once that is paid, we will schedule the site visit. If you choose to go with SCS for your project, the $200 will go towards the cost of the project.

How long will my project take?

Each project is a little different, But we include a timeline in all of our estimates and quotes so you can get an idea how long your particular project will take.

Can I see pictures of work you have done in the past?

Definitely! If you go to the "Gallery" tab on our website, you can see pictures of many different types of projects that we've done. You can also see pictures of our work on our Facebook and Instagram pages! We also have a TikTok account.

Is my estimate free?

Yes, we do offer free estimates. The estimate is based on photos you send us and any other communication about the project (calls, emails etc.). We do not come out to your home during the estimate process. Once you accept the estimate, we will schedule a site visit. See more information about our process on the "Our Process" page of this website
