Meet The Team

At an early age Brent was able to see firsthand how a small business was run and gained knowledge within the trades through his dad. That knowledge is implemented into his business today. Fast forward, past his secondary education, he landed in sales/support, but Brent decided to return to his roots in the construction trades. SCS Building and Remodeling, LLC is 20 years old now, as Brent started part-time in 2001. Brent enjoys golfing, boating, re-purposing, and adventures with family and dogs.

Kacee has been with SCS since 2017 after transitioning from management in the transportation industry. Her favorite part of her position is supporting our employees and clients to meet their needs. She especially loves assisting with the design aspect of remodels. When she is not in the office, Kacee enjoys spending time with family and pets, traveling to warm places, taking photos of just about anything, and relaxing at home.

Phil joined SCS in 2021. He has experience with kitchen installations for large scale food service productions, and operation and sales for large scale food service industry. He is always open to new experiences and loves to learn, which is part of the reason he fits in at SCS where there is always something new! In his free time he enjoys riding his motorcycle, cooking, and spending time with family.

Conor has worked at SCS since 2017 but has been in and around construction his entire life. His first construction job was at age 8 working for his dad for $3 an hour. His favorite part of carpentry is seeing everything come together from an idea to the finished product. In his free time, he does blacksmithing, casting, metal fabrication, and custom woodworking. He loves learning new skills and utilizes them frequently. Conor has two beloved dogs and loves job-site dogs.

Carlos had no experience in the industry before SCS, but he came in wanting to learn something different and something new. He joined the SCS Team in September 2022. At SCS, Carlos does a lot of different things! His favorite project is building decks. His Hobbies and interests outside of work include hanging out with family and friends, working on cars, and cooking.

Gabe has worked at SCS since August 2021, starting as a youth apprentice before he became a laborer, since he had no prior experience in the construction and remodeling industry. His favorite kind of project is building decks, though installing LVP flooring is a fairly close second. Outside of work he enjoy reading and biking.

Kyle joined SCS in January 2023. His previous experience remodeling includes new home building, roofing, landscaping, rough framing. His favorite type of project is kitchen remodels and home additions. His hobbies and interests outside of work are going camping, disc golfing, biking, enjoying the outdoors, and taking trips with his wife and family

Paganini joined SCS in October 2023 with an extensive background in construction. His favorite type of project is tiling work. Paganini always likes to learn something new, so he enjoys the variety of projects that SCS does. In his free time he enjoys wrapping, tinting and deep cleaning cars and spending time with his family.

Liam joined SCS in February 2024. He started in remodeling after college and found a love for it. While he loves doing every kind of project, his favorites are framing, tiling trim work and siding. Outside of work Liam like to golf, go to brewers games and see live music.
