Our Process

The process begins when you fill out our "request an estimate" form. The form can be found at the bottom of any page on this website. Once you have submitted the form, we will contact you to gather more information about the project and the space. Pictures of both the current space and inspiration pictures are helpful!

Once we have created your file and gathered some pictures, we set up a phone consultation! This usually lasts between 30-45 minutes. The purpose of the call is to gather even more information about the space and the project, ask questions, and set the right expectations. We also cover budget during the consultation so we can make sure that what you are asking for can be done with the amount of money you are planning to spend. We like to cover this early so that no ones time is wasted. You can expect your estimate in your email inbox in about 7-10 business days following your consultation.

​After you have received your estimate, if the project fits in your budget and you are ready to move forward, we move onto our next step, the Site Survey.  The site survey includes us visiting the site and taking our own measurements and pictures, as well as drawings and an official quote. The Site Survey has a fee associated, but this fee is subtracted from your final invoice if you choose SCS for the project.

After we do a Site Survey, we send you an official quote for the project. The quote will include the planned scope of work as well as the cost of the project. When you accept, we send over our Terms and Conditions  for you to sign. Once the paperwork is signed, we can start looking at our calendar to schedule your project! Once we find the right time for both you and us to complete the project, we will let you know so you can put it on your calendar!

​Work begins on the project. We will talk about how long the project will take prior to beginning work, so we both have the right expectations. It can be uncomfortable to have strangers working in or on your home, However, all of our techs are professional, respectful and knowledgeable. Let them or the office know if you have any concerns, and we will take care of them ASAP!

​We are usually pretty accurate in our predicted timeline of a project, however, things can come up that could change the amount of time a project will take. We will stay in communication and keep you updated throughout the project!  Work happens Monday- Friday 8AM-3/3:30PM. Any debris will be removed from the property and disposed of by SCS. Our techs take pictures of the progress of the project, and we add them to your file as the project progresses

​Once the techs have finished the project, they will clean up and dispose of any material removed. This can include, mopping, vacuuming, sweeping etc. We will let you know if there is anything that will need time to dry or set before use, and if nothing is mentioned, your space is ready to enjoy!
